If, after submitting your message, you get an "Error Configuration" message,
you most likely are behind a firewall, (Norton Firewall 2003, in particular),
that is set too high.
If this is the case and you want to leave a message, go to your firewall settings,
and look for, something like 'Privacy Control/Enable browser privacy".
Allow (untick) this, and it should work. Norton are aware of this, and say
that it's only an option that stops your browser type being identified, that's all.
So click back and leave a message!
